Each year, insurance companies impose more restrictions on how clinicians can treat patients—through visit limits, prior authorizations, co-pays, and billing constraints. These limitations can directly impact the quality and continuity of your care.
In many in-network clinics, therapists are required to see multiple patients per hour, which reduces one-on-one time and leads to less individualized treatment. Both patients and providers are placed at a disadvantage in this model.
By operating as an out-of-network, cash-based provider, I have full autonomy over how your care is delivered. This allows for longer sessions, personalized treatment plans, hands-on care, and focused education and exercise guidance—all without the constraints of insurance or productivity expectations.
I truly believe that this approach helps patients recover more efficiently and return to the activities they love, faster.
